Angela Yee was born in America. She currently hosts syndicated Radio show Way Up. She co-hosted The nationally syndicated morning show The Breakfast Club with Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy. Yee is currently an executive board member for the American Foundation for the University of the West Indies. Dress for Success was her first organization in 2013. The Breakfast Club took home the New York State Broadcasters Association Award for Outstanding On-Air Broadcast personality or team in 2014. Yee has been named as the library's New York Public Library's Ambassador since 2016. In 2017, she received the iHeartRadio Urban award of the Year.
